I offer a complementary introductory session for you to find out more about how coaching works. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have and for us to establish if we’re a good fit to work together. I work with only a handful of clients at any one time to ensure you receive the best possible care and attention during our one to one coaching sessions. My coaching style is warm, encouraging and curious.
Coaching sessions can take place in person, over the phone, or via Skype. It’s your choice. I work with my clients for 40 minutes a week over a 6-week period. At this point you might decide you would like to continue working together for a period of time.
We’ll create a safe space for you to get very clear on where you are at in your life right now. Acceptance can be really hard but the reward is it allows us to let go of trying to control and drive our lives and invites in new possibilities.
“We cannot change anything until we can accept it” Carl Jung
Within a judgement free framework you’ll be free to explore all possibilities to find the best options for making the changes you. Together we will engage your imagination to expand your horizon of possibilities and have some fun along the way.
“Imagination is the highest form of research” Albert Einstein
We will review what you have learnt about yourself so can start to confidently implement the changes you want to make at your own pace to improve the quality of your life.
"My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humour, and some style." - Maya Angelou

Pure awareness transcends thinking. It allows you to step outside the chattering negative self-talk and your reactive impulses and emotions. It allows you to look at the world once again with open eyes. And when you do so, a sense of wonder and quiet contentment begins to reappear in your life.
